STUDYGERMAN.IO provides educational content such as vocabulary lists, grammar explanations, and interactive exercises. The service is intended for learning support only.

The content does not constitute professional, legal, or certified educational advice, and we do not guarantee specific exam or language outcomes.

STUDYGERMAN.IO is currently in a Beta phase. Features, content, and functionality may change, be added, or be removed (significant changes to access or pricing will be announced in advance as described below). We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that all features are free of errors during this phase. Progress data is handled with care, but as with any software in active development, we recommend not relying on the Beta version for critical or time-sensitive learning milestones.

During the Beta phase, exercises are available without usage limits. We plan to introduce a free plan with usage limits (or, other type of free usage), and a paid plan with extended or full access. We will announce such changes in advance, for example by email or a notice on the website, before they take effect for existing users.

Some features require you to log in. You are responsible for the security of your account and for activity performed through your login credentials.

We may suspend or terminate access where there is misuse, unlawful activity, or behavior that threatens platform security or other users.

You may terminate your account at any time via your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You agree not to:

• use the platform for illegal or abusive purposes,
• attempt unauthorized access to systems or data,
• copy, scrape, or redistribute content in violation of these terms,
• interfere with site performance or integrity.

Unless otherwise stated, all website content (texts, exercises, design elements, and materials) is protected by copyright and other applicable rights under German law.

Private learning use is permitted. Commercial reuse, publication, or redistribution requires prior written permission from the rights holder.

We strive to keep the platform available and accurate, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

We may update, improve, or discontinue features at any time where reasonably necessary (for technical, legal, or product reasons).

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our service, legal requirements, or business practices. We will indicate updates via a revised "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. We will inform registered users of material changes by email or an in-app notice.

We are liable without limitation in cases of intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual duties (Kardinalpflichten), and then only to foreseeable, typical damages.

Mandatory statutory liability (including liability for injury to life, body, or health, and under product liability law) remains unaffected.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG), where applicable.

If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence remain unaffected.
